Custom Tumbler Orders
We offer a wide variety of custom or personalized items! We can add monograms, names, phrases, quotes, etc. If you see something you like but prefer a different color, please send us a message and we can set up a custom listing!
Care Instructions
We stand by the quality of our work. However in order to extend the life of your purchase, please be sure to follow the care instructions:
* HANDWASH ONLY
* Do not soak, place in dishwasher or microwave
* Do NOT drop or place on unsteady surfaces
* Do NOT use anything abrasive on the cup as you can scrape/ scratch/ruin the finish.
All Tumblers will come with a care card with these very instructions so don’t worry!
Bulk Order availability
We do offer bulk orders and group pricing on some of our products within reason and on a separate timeline. Please send us a message to inquire!
When will I receive my order?
Timeline for processing on most items may vary:
Resin Tumblers/Wine glasses 2-3 weeks
Sublimated tumblers/bottles 2-3 days
**Order Rush May be available depending on timeframe, for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for details.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
The short answer is, yes. Once the resin (Epoxy) has cured it becomes safe, per FDA code, 21CFR175.300 which states “Resinous and polymeric coatings may be safely used as the food-contact surface of articles intended for use in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting, or holding food” and can be used as a “functional barrier between the food and the substrate” and “intended for repeated food-contact use”.
Keep in mind that the epoxy surface is not antimicrobial, and will still have to be disinfected after uses that include serving or eating food.

We want your purchase to be a positive experience but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you for either an exchange or partial refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds will require a return of the original item at the buyers expense.

To ensure your item is exactly as you would like, we are able to send you a free proof of your item prior to production by request only. Please carefully review your proof for any errors. Once you have approved and confirmed your proof to be accurate, we will begin creating your product. You will be expected to accept all responsibility for errors in the image content
